Vintage 70s 80s sailor dress

Sleeveless vintage girls sailor dress circa late 1970s or 80s - no tags or labels- listing as a 3T based on comparison to identical dress that is a 4T. Classic sailor collar in front and back. Nautical anchor appliqué and red and navy contrast trim on the front collar. Elastic waist with full skirt. Elastic waist stretches to about 11.5 inches across.
