Vintage 70s Afghan Coat. I’ve never seen one of these jackets in such fantastic shape. It’s nearly flawless. Made of 100% Sheepskin. The yak is nice and soft. Embroidery over entire jacket in cream and peach colors. Two hook and eye clasps. Made in Turkey. he Shoulder seam, to shoulder seam is 16.5 inches. The chest is 17.5 inches across the front. The sleeves are 21.5 inches from the top to where the solid material ends. The yak or “fringe” goes another 3.5 inches past that. It’s soft and silky. The coat label say small. For reference, the person wearing the coat and the last two photos is 5’7” and wears a solid medium.
