Vintage 70s Baby Blue Mock Neck Maxi Dress

Vintage 70s (or could be 80s) light blue maxi dress. Top is a stretchy knit with a mock neck and floral embroidered applique. Sheer mesh panel under the flowers. Actual fabric content unknown but feels like acrylic and polyester. Good vintage condition. No stains or tears but some discoloration at back of neck and a little dust on bottom that can be dry cleaned. Size unknown but fits closest to XS.
