Vintage 1970s black polyester maxi dress with empire waist. Flower brooch at bust with long ties with flowers at ends. Very Cher 70s vibe. Zips up the back. Great preworn condition, some flowers are a bit loose. Fits like a XS -S, see measurements. Fabric has stretch.
