See 2nd to last picture showing the extra buttons on the collar. *It (the neck tie) has been lost throughout the years and unfortunately does not come with the top*😔 *Also the material tag was cut due to itching but this Material is 100% Polyester and is in very good vintage condition other than those 2 things!
