The label on this vintage wool skirt says made in West Germany and I'm guessing it's from the early 70s when maxi skirts were really popular. It's also interesting that the label says size 12! The measurements (as you're can see in the photos) are more size 2 or so - that's how much sizing has changed in the last 50 years! Has an elastic waist. It's in absolutely perfect condition! 41" long
