Vintage 70’s Blue Floral Handmade Dress

Handmade Dress from the 70’s This is such a fabulous handmade dress! Turquoise/teal blue colored with blue/green floral print. Puffy, ruffle sleeves. At first glance, it appears to have eyelet cutouts. But when you look closer, it’s silver sequins with blue embroidery around the edges. Leaf print with embroidery line the bottom edges, with purple, blue, and green stripes below that. Slits on the sides. Back zip closure with a strings to tie a bow at the back neckline. This is the perfect spring/summer dress! It appears to have been altered to a smaller size, especially the sleeve cuffs. The sleeve opening is only 9 inches around. But the extra fabric is still there, (see pics) so if you know your way around a sewing machine you could alter it to a larger fit. If you have skinny- average arms, this currently fits like a modern size extra small. There is an almost invisible run in a section of the fabric on the front, as pictured. Otherwise it’s in excellent condition, with no signs of wear. Please look at all photos for details. I'm happy to answer any questions.
