Vintage 70s Blue Pleated Skirt Dress With Sheer Top This piece is SO unique! I’m sure it was originally either the bottom layer to a dress or meant to be worn as a slip/skirt. It’s so cool on it’s own or layered under a dress, or long top. Completely sheer black sleeveless top with a blue , pleated, tennis skirt style bottom. Vintage size 10, I’d say it’s pretty true to size for a modern medium or large, but check measurements to be sure! No real flaws, there’s some wear to the mesh part and a Spot on the inside as shown. Great overall condition especially for age.
