Vintage 1970’s Serbin by Muriel Ryan Dress. Lightweight blue, pink and yellow candy stripe fabric. Buttons all the way down the front in shirtdress style. Matching fabric belt with “PermaFuzed” backing and metal buckle. Long cuffed sleeves with button closure. Front chest pockets. Sweet lace detail on inside hem.
