Vintage high waisted baby blue corduroy bell bottom pants with rough edge on the bottom (see pics). Made by J.C. Penny's, these vintage corduroy bell bottoms are in excellent like new preowned condition with no flaws that I have noticed. The size tag is missing but I would say these are a size medium but I have included measurements in the pics above for you to compare them to your favorite pants at home.
