Vintage 70’s Brio Genuine Leather Large Hippie Hobo Bag/Purse

Vintage 70's Hobo bag made by Brio Genuine Leather - color is brown The metal “Brio” tag is still intact and connected to the zipper. One of the main differences between this bag and a contemporary hobo bag is the size, this one is huge. It measures approximately 25 inches across, laying flat. From zipper to bottom of purse is approximately 18 inches. This leather is soft and supple, no dryness - it makes we wonder where this gem has been stored that it remains so beautiful. 3 wooden rings are attached attached to shoulder strap so that when you pick up the bag they make the same sound as the bangles we wore - takes me back in time! Lining is velveteen and I photographed the bag inside out so you can see that it has retained its original quality. It has survived over five decades and still looks awesome. The top of the bag zips shut - and the zipper works perfectly. There is also a pocket inside the bag that zips shut. Overall great/excellent vintage condition!
