Women’s Vintage 70’s Chambray reversible Handmade Appliqué Wrap Skirt. Adorable house appliqué with rick rack trim. The skirt is reversible with the other side being a blue gingham, so cute. In great vintage condition. I am a size 6 with a 28” waist and it fits me perfectly with some room to move up or down. Length is 26” So cute!
