Vintage 70s Concepts 2 piece Skirt and Blouse Nautical Sailboat Pattern

Vintage 2 piece skirt and blouse red white & blue with red sailboats. Blouse ties at the neck and has an attached belt that also ties at waist. Skirt is a pleated skirt, elastic waist.
