Vintage 70s Deadstock Men's double knit polyester pants

I have 3 pairs of vintage deadstock men's pants that I am posting here. These are still new with original tags and have never been worn. The first pair says color NAVY. Tag says waist 40 and inseam 35P. The inseam actually measures longer than it says on the tag. 100% Double knit polyester. Closure is a metal TALON clasp at top with a metal GENERAL zipper. There are 2 side pockets and 2 back pockets. There is 2-1/3" of extra fabric sewn under in the pant cuffs so these could be lengthened. Measurements while laying flat: -Across waist 20.5" (It measures a little bit more than the tag claims) -Inseam 38" (this also measures longer than the tag claims) -Rise 13" -Pant cuff opening 10.5" across
