Vintage 70s lightweight semi-sheer polyester women's shirt by College Town. No size tag but based on measurements, it appears to be a size S. Shirt buttons down the front all the way to the top and the buttons are hidden behind the placket as shown in the photos. Sleeve cuffs also button, as shown.
