Vintage 70s Dress

70s floral dress. chiffon material, flutter sleeves, midi length, blue floral paisley pattern. has belt loops, but comes with a blue velvet ribbon that I don't think is original to the dress - pictured in second pic. waist originally had elastic, but it no longer stretches - would recommend this dress for somebody whose waist is close to current measurement, unless you're interested in replacing the elastic. in good used vintage condition otherwise. brand is Carrie Couture. good for a medium-large, check measurements for best fit. measurements taken flat: waist: 18" pit to pit: 21" length: 48" ribbon sash length: 80.5" open to reasonable offers.
