Vintage 70s Floral Maxi Cape Dress

This dress is absolutely beautiful, quintessentially 70s, and in pristine condition. No holes or stains detected. Double lined. Elastic at the shoulders and at the waist. I am not sure if the tag “lot 7/8” means it is a size 7/8, but it fits like a modern small. Made in USA. No material tag, but it is definitely polyester. Measurements provided to ensure best fit. Waist- 9” stretches to 14.5” Length- 55”
