Vintage 70's Full Length Floral Dress with Lace Flutter Sleeves

This is a very sweet vintage dress. It does have one small stain as pictured. it also has a little bit of stretch. I think it would fit a size small best but could be worn up to a medium, in my opinion. please see photos for measurements.
