Vintage 70s Girls‎ Mini Dress

This JCPENNEY dress is in very good condition except for the spot on the back as shown where the color is slightly lightened. If not for that would be like new. Tagged as a 12 but tried on my own 8 year old and I felt it was a great fit for the style. Also think the elastic arms would be too tight on a 12 year old.l, plus vintage runs small.
