Professionally hemmed Coat Bust 38 Waist 34 Hip 44 to Open Sleeve length 21 Arm opening 9.5 Upper arm 7 Forearm 6 Shoulder to shoulder 15.75 Length 50 Condition: Dress: Excellent condition with a small pull in the bottom half of the dress appears a small snag. It's not profound; however, it is present, and the eyelet loop in the back needs mending. Small stain on the ruffle edge neckline (see pic) Coat: Close to pristine. The only flaw on the coat is one pin hole on the outside (see photos), perhaps from a corsage or brooch.
