Vintage 70s Her majesty 2 in 1 quilted floral paisley patterned keyhole back and lace/ruffle detailed jumper. Skirt is removable and has a high waist line. Ruffle hem line. Can be worn as a long maxi apron. The top buttons in the back. The only flaw is the waist line of the skirt on both sides has a small part where the hem has come open. Easy fix for someone that can sew. Other than that great condition. Elastic works well! Colors are cream and pink large striped panels with darker pink, green, blue, yellow, and cream flowers and paisley print. Tagged as a 6x. Measurements and size chart are provided in pictures. Based on those two I would say this would fit a 5/6T. The skirt has elastic on the back. So the high waist measurement is 9.5" b it stretches easily to a 12.5".
