Vintage 70’s High Empire, Peasant Style Dress with Puffed & Bell Sleeves.

Custom made with a beautiful pink lining. See measurements in the photos. Per tag, hand written size 7 juniors. Zipper works great. In very good vintage condition. The lace on the bottom has some discoloration- not very noticeable. I hand washed it.
