1970s JC Penny Convertible Puffer Jacket/Vest Detachable Sleeves Size 14 measures 23" length, 14" width, and 23" sleeve. Super rad puffer back to the future vibes, might be a kids size 14 but could definitely fit a women's XS or maybe small (it fits me).
