Vintage 70s JC Penny Summer Dress

This 70s JC Pennys Fashion dress is lightweight and perfect for spring/summer! The handkerchief hemline adds flair and can be worn with or without bolero (two pieces)! The fabric is a pink with little white polka dots with white lace trim. I believe it is a cotton blend. Color is most accurate in the second picture. In great vintage condition. Size 7/8 vintage (Small) Measures: Bust- 32" Waist- 26” Hips- Open Length- midcalf (varies)
