Vintage 70s JCPenney Pink Floral Cap Sleeve Shrug

True vintage 1970s (Source: Vintage Fashion Guild's tag database) short, lightweight shrug jacket from JC Penney. Powder pink w/purple & blue bouquets -- Bought during my cottagecore phase. Cap sleeves w/ light gathering near shoulders, which are very structured, while body is slightly more free-flowing. Tag says size 11/12, & that's pretty accurate to modern sizes-- Juniors 11/12 or women's 8/10. Some rust spots, as shown, but more visible in photos than on!
