Vintage 70s JCPenny’s Loungewear Red Sleeveless House Dress Sailboat Appliqué

This vintage JCPenny’s strawberry red house dress with sailboat appliqué has tag that reads size SMALL. Half zipper front with single right-sided pocket and red, white and blue sailboat sewn appliqué. Colors and detailing for sailboat appliqué match trim around collar and sleeves. Dress has a little sheerness to it, as I’ve tried to capture in photos. Tag does read size small but for reference, dress is shown on a medium-sized model, so please go by the folllowing measurements to ensure best fit: Underarm to underarm measures 19.5” straight across. Waist has flat-lay measure of 21” and hips have flat-lay measurement of 23.5”. Length of house dress is 36.5”. This dress is in flawless condition (my opinion) for it to be vintage. I truly see nothing that stands out that I need to tell you about. Thank you for looking!
