1970s pastel yellow, swiss dot, sheer, flowy sleeveless dress by JcPenney. Sweet ruffles adorn the sleeves and neckline which drops into a v. Pearlized button closure down the front. Full flowy skirt. 70’s twist on a 1950s house dress. Adorable belted, with a cardigan or by itself over a slip. Condition: There is a small spot next to the sleeve (3rd to last picture). There are also some pin sized marks on the fabric (last 2 pics).
