Vintage 70s Lanz Originals Sz 4 Intricate Eyelet Lace Off White Dress Wedding

Vintage Lanz Originals stunning off white eyelet lace maxi length dress. Detailed puff short sleeves, detachable belt. All over eyelet lace. Buttons all the way up the back. Cotton/polyester blend. Made in USA. Such a unique vintage piece. Good vintage condition. There are no stains or holes, but it may very slightly yellowed from age, it's hard to tell what the original color was. There is also some yellowing on the inside that might come out with a good dry cleaning (see photos). Vintage size 4, definitely runs small, probably more like a modern extra small. See measurements.
