Fold over collar outlines the sweetheart bodice & empire waist. Features ties for the zipper back. The simple navy blue with light blue is sleek enough to be dressed up or worn simply for a classic simplified elegance. Frosted clear buttons trim down the center front and spaghetti straps that tie over the shoulder and cute bows or knots. Super duper flair on this lovely skirt!
