Vintage 70s Maxi Tie Strap Smocked Sundress Gown

Vintage 1970s maxi length sundress or gown. Unique shoulder straps that tie in back of neck. Smocked bodice. Full long skirt. Material is lightweight synthetic with a little stretch. Beautiful dusky blue color. Really gorgeous classic dress that could be dressed up as formal wear or worn casually with sandals as a sundress! Some loose stitching on straps- I believe the seams in the center of straps were to reinforce and help them lay flat, straps aren’t coming apart where stitching is missing. One discolored spot on hem. Zoom in on last two pics to see these areas. Overall good vintage condition. All measurements are approximate and taken laying flat. Size- vintage 7, estimated to fit a Small-Medium Bust- 15” when unstretched, but bodice is quite stretchy Length- 50” not including straps
