Vintage 70's Medicine Necklace - metal with natural stones

Vintage metal medicine necklace from the 1970s. All natural stones. Approximately 19". Hinge works great,you can properly stash things inside. This is so cool and unique looking. I don't know the metal type but the metal work is beautiful. Wear as a statement necklace or wear to keep meds in. Awesome either way. The only flaw is in the last pic,one of the tiny metal balls is split in half. I handled and photographed this so many times before I noticed it. I tried to get pics of all sides and stones.
