Vintage 70s Men's Plaid Permanent Press Dress or Casual wear Pants

This is a great pair of vintage men's Permanent Press pants. They don't have a size or materials tag. I did measure all the way around the waistband and it is 31" . The inseam is 30". There is about a half inch of fabric turned under on the bottoms. Rise is 11" Opening of bottom of pants is 9-3/4" across. Not sure of the material. I am guessing it is a poly blend. It does have a little stretch in one direction. The material for the waistband and the insides of the pockets are cotton. Closure is a metal Talon clasp and zipper. Pants are in nice gently worn condition. Only issue I see is a little discoloration on the inside of the white bands.
