Splendid 1970’s open front Velvet Jacket with scallop trim. Front is reinforced with soft texture. Two front pockets still sewn shut. Has thin shoulder pads which can be removed. The edges have this cute threaded loop detail. See pics for close up. Dry clean. No size tag. Please see measurements. Measured Flat: 22” Bust, 23” length. This can go larger as it’s an open front.
