Vintage 70s Open Back Maxi Dress

Vintage 70s maxi dress with an open back. Fits like a small. Has a hook eye closer and zipper at the waist (26”) and ties at the bust so there is some flexibility with sizing. No fabric tag but feels like polyester/synthetic. There is some stretch to the material. Bust is 34” but there is room as it ties in the back. Hips are 39”
