Vintage 70s party dress in soft jet black velvet, featuring sparkling rhinestone buttons and glittering silver tone rhinestone quarter moon belt buckle. Mint with tags! Original retail price was $54.00 way back in the day. Shirtwaist style with big rhinestone buttons down the front, gathered skirt with handy inset pockets, long sleeves, light shoulder pads and a belt with ornamental buckle. Maker is Gary Fredrix. Hang tag is from Prange’s department store. Tagged a size 13/14, I believe it will best fit a size M in today’s sizing but refer to measurements. Shoulders: 15.5” Bust: 38” Waist: 30” Hips: Free Length from shoulder: 45”
