Vintage 70s Patchwork Dagger Collar Button Up Romper with Suspenders

vintage size 10 romper patchwork print button front closure dagger collar short sleeve shorts attached suspenders (adjustable) Halloween costume retro vintage amazingness made in Japan starlight trading looks like the shorts are linen or something like linen stain on the side of the shorts - was washed but not stain treated all buttons were missing and have been replaced with matching vintage buttons Measures: pit to pit - 18" waist (taken at the 2nd button from the bottom) - 17" hips (where the shorts meet the patchwork) - 17.5" inseam - 3.5" not a size 10 by today's standards. my dress form is a size 6 and it fit it well. Best for a size Small imo but please verify fit before purchasing in great vtg condition, minus the discoloration on the shorts
