Vintage 70s Periwinkle Black Pinstripe Dress with High Neck and Shawl Bodice. Gorgeous Dress. Black with red, yellow, blue and white pinstripes. Has a high neck with draped shawl detail on bodice. Ruching on shoulders. Long sleeve with button on cuff. Elastic waist, midi length. Has no belt, loops on side, has one at one time. Has no content label, feels like polyester.
