Beautiful 70's Nadine Halter Top Floral Dress! There is a sheer floral fabric over a liner. There is lace around the neck and a purple velvet ribbon bow in the front. It zips in the back and the halter piece has 2 eye hooks. 2 ribbons for hanging. This dress is in Good Vintage Condition. There is definite discoloration/fading/wear to the floral fabric. There is a color difference between the chest piece and the rest of the floral fabric. The tag is still intact with a size 9.
