Adorable 70s Nautical rockabilly shirt dress. Perfect for the 4th of July Gold Tone Anchor buttons all the way down the front and on lapel pockets. White top with spread butterfly collar. Red white and blue striped skirt. Elastic Waist. Top is a little bit sheer, so you may want to wear a cami underneath No tags, but fits like a small.
