Vintage 1970s genuine black leather flare bottom pants This is a one of a kind, rare, femininely tailored, work of wearable historical art. Snap front closure. Roger Kuper began his career at age 12 in Paris. After an apprenticeship with Coco Chanel, he immigrated to the USA. He started his fashion contracting business and expanded it to his own brand “Roger Kuper” which became a multi-million dollar business selling to the most prestigious stores, coast to coast in the USA and all over the world.
