Vintage 70's Rust Colored Extra Wide Leg Wrangler's Size 11/12

Legit vintage Wrangler's circa 1970's. Extra wide leg, rust colored pants size 11/12 with no back pockets and an elastic waist band in back. Not sure if these were a child's 11/12 or women's but my Great Aunt wore them as an adult and she was a smaller lady but these seem too big for an youth size 11/12 and too small for an adults. So, I say they seem to be about a size 3/4 in Women's. The bottom of the leg spans to approximately 12" across. Inseam is 27". Waist measures about 13" across. There a bit of pilling on the fabric but it is minimal.
