Vintage 70’s Skirt

This is a vintage multicolored skirt with big front pockets. It has any elastic waist ban on the back of the skirt. The skirt flares out in an A-frame. The colors are beautiful blue, purple, green, red and black. Measurements length flat is waste 14 1/2 and can stretch to 17, length is 31. Tag is marked a size 9, but it is vintage so it is a smaller than today’s size 9.
