Vintage 70s Swirl Halter Dress in Size Small

Picked this dress up from a local vintage shop on Oahu a while ago and haven’t worn it yet so spring cleaning has me sending her off to her new owner 🌀 No tag on the dress but it fits like a U.S women’s small. Super flattering dress! Has some pilling but could be easily removed with piling tool. Fabric could be repurposed or the dress could be altered as well! The halter strap that goes over the neck is super long so that could also be altered to be shorter as well if you prefer. 🔅🧬 As always, open to offers!
