Vintage 70s Toni Todd Long Sleeve Polka Dot Dress

This is a vintage 1970s dress in great condtion from the brand Toni Todd. It has puffy sleeves, a cute dot pattern and a high neckline. The only flaw noted is a small stain on one sleeve, please see the photo above. It has an elasticized waist band. Measurements are as follows: - Bust: 20" - Waist: 15" when flat, 18" when stretched out - Hips: free - Length: 44" Measurements are approximate and laid flat.
