Vintage 70s Townhouse High-Waisted Pencil Skirt

Vintage, 70s, high-waisted bright blue pencil skirt in a size 8. The shell is made from 50% polyester and 50% rayon. There is a side zipper and clasp at the top. Sits right below the ribs creating a flattering, high-waisted structured shape. In great condition! The lining is 100% rayon. I am 5'6" with shorter legs, for reference.
