Vintage 70s Trench Coat

Vintage khaki trench coat from the 1970s. Lined interior, button down front with belt, pockets, and full a-line skirt. Fabric content, measurements, and wash instructions pictured. No name brand that I could find. Size listed says “7”, but I think it would be best for modern xs/small. In very good condition with one small snag on front lower portion and a small stain on right pocket which I have not tried to treat. My mother wore this in the 70s.
