Vintage 1970s silky velvet dress by Especially Yours. V neck in the back. Matching belt. Elastic in the waist. Ruched puffed sleeves that are approximately elbow length. Excellent preloved condition. Stated size 11. Fits a modern size Small-Medium, but please refer to my measurements for a more accurate fit.
