Vintage 70s Velvet Dress with Vest

Gorgeous hippie, boho dress and vest set. Both are in matching maroon velvet, vest has crochet trim in the same color. The floor length dress has a two button halter style top, with an empire waist. Very form fitting with no give. The vest is looser, and is left open. It’s a vintage size 9, fits more like a modern 2 or 4 depending on your measurements. In excellent vintage condition, no smells, snags, or tears.
