I think it could fit a size XS or S as well and better for a taller person, since it is a very long skirt. Waist: 13 1/2” Hips: 21” Full length: 43 1/2” Hem opens up until 28” Preowned in beautiful vintage condition with minimal wear. Has only one flaw, at the bottom of the back slit there is a tiny hole in the fabric. Hard to notice. Open to questions, offers are welcome.
