Vintage 70’s Willi of California Office Dress

Beautiful teal-green poly 70's dress by Willi California. Dress is in fantastic condition with no holes, tears or snags. Slightly sheer (the top is lined, the skirt is a bit sheer) machine washable, draped at top, ties at the back of the neck, flowy skirt. Marked a vintage size 12 but I feel it could fit a range of sizes since the fabric and waist is so stretchy. 44” long, 17” shoulder to shoulder, 32” waist
